At Durex India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Durex India account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original item with all brand tags and packaging into the secure shipping bag; ensure the product remains in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide you with a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
