How can I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy on most items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and certain accessories are non-returnable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.
Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal shipping fee may apply at checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
